Preparing for Senior Strategic Leadership

PSSL forms an important step on the managerial journey. It is designed to engage and assist those facing the challenges of the corporate leadership, planning and change agenda. The programme emphasises innovation and creativity as a means to implementing effective and sustainable change, and gives particular attention to intellectual stimulation as a focus for leaders. PSSL now includes a great new session on Networking Beyond Your Institution, which participants on the last run really enjoyed, and we have also added an excellent session on handling a complex ethical dilemma between senior managers. Applications for the next cohort need to be with us by Friday 26 March 2010.
