Melissa Scuteri

Melissa is the senior Programmes and Events Manager at the Leadership Foundation. She has been at the Leadership Foundation since 2006, following a position at QAA in their International Team. Her role involves managing the roll out of events, leading a team of event managers and the creation of events administration policy and processes. She liaises with Programme Directors providing administrative and customer focused support and guidance and advises Leadership Foundation customers on a daily basis.

During her time at the Leadership Foundation, she has been involved in the set up, and management of a variety of the core and senior leadership development programmes. Melissa has developed her role through the organisation of a number of the Leadership Foundation’s most high profile events, including the Top Management Programme, Leadership Summits, and other events with partnership organisations such as Hefce, Committee of University Chairs (CUC), Amosshe, SCONUL and UCISA.
