Rebecca has over twenty years’ senior experience in staff development and equality and diversity in higher education and the public sector. Until July 2010 she was associate director of the Oxford Learning Institute, with responsibility for leadership development at the most senior levels in the University of Oxford. She now runs Learning for Good, an HR/learning and development consultancy.
Rebecca is acting as our Director of Programmes, on an interim basis, working on a part time basis, while we recruit a replacement for Professor Stephanie Marshall who is leaving us at the end of December 2011. In particular, Rebecca will be taking an overview of our Open Programmes, working with our programme directors and associates. Rebecca will be with us until the end of February 2012.
