Team Leadership

Extremely beneficial programme for team building across all levels of the management team. It made me feel valued and a part of the university's future and eased me into a management role that was totally new to me.

Running leadership programmes in-house has some very real benefits. In a time when everyone is searching for real value for money this can be a very cost effective way of enhancing the leadership skills of a larger number of participants using one of our open programmes. It can be significantly cheaper per head to run the programme in-house for a group of your own staff.
