Regional Co-ordinator and Associate, Leadership Foundation
Until 2005, Stuart worked as the management development manager at the University of Central Lancashire, leading on a number of significant organisational change and leadership development initiatives across the university. He has been an associate of the Leadership Foundation since its inception in 2004, and is the Leadership Foundation regional coordinator for north-west England and Northern Ireland.
Stuart is able to help senior teams develop a strong and clear vision, and to focus their attention on supporting the achievement of that vision through their engagement with people. He is concerned to ensure the alignment of strategy with culture, and with supporting the development of the leadership and communication required to effect significant and sustained change. While at the University of Central Lancashire Stuart facilitated a series of significant cultural, leadership and organisational change initiatives.
Stuart works as a consultant, coach and facilitator, mainly across the UK higher education sector, and specialises in team, organisation and leadership development. He is especially interested in cultural change across organisations, and the transition of individuals as they become effective leaders.

Dean is a highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years experience across private, public and higher education sectors.
Dean is a highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years experience across private, public and higher education sectors. This has included Board level advice as well as delivering significant programmes such as, major headcount reductions, government agency mergers, implementation of HR business partner models, strategically aligned culture change and performance appraisal schemes.
Prior to his current role as HR Director for Kingston University, Dean held senior HR positions in the Department for Work & Pensions, the Home Office, HM Prison Service, AMP (Pearl) Insurance and NatWest/ RBS.

Heather has wide experience of delivering transformational change programmes as an HR Director in the private and higher education sectors.

Her specialisms include the development and implementation of a strategic HR business partner model, and the execution of organisational development initiatives leading to organisation-wide change. With expertise in executive development she has a strong focus on delivering value for money.
Before moving to her current position as Director of Human Resources at the University of Birmingham Heather held senior positions in HR and Operations management at RAC, Halfords and Boots.

Janes specialisation is the development of leadership and organisational behaviours which promote a positive approach toward change.
Jane’s specialisation is the development of leadership and organisational behaviours which promote a positive approach toward change. Her PhD focused on how to develop leaders to engage others effectively in change. By combining her practical experience, in the public and private sector, as change leader and manager, with over two decades of consultancy, executive coaching and OD interventions she seeks to enable change leaders to better align vision, values and organisational strategy, promote and improve engagement (at personal, team and organisational levels) and develop the skills to lead authentically.
Her focus is on planning for change, tools to engage, review of strategy and realignment to policy, process and culture, implementation of change including downsizing, outsourcing, process change, entering new areas of business, and individual development.

Janet is an experienced and approachable HR / OD practitioner and board executive with wide public sector experience in higher education, the health service and in the Civil Service.

Janet is able to provide consultancy and support on large scale change programmes, downsizing, redundancy, TUPE and maintaining staff engagement through change. She can also provide effective confidential support and resolution of problems around dysfunctional behaviour in senior teams and sensitive casework relating to senior staff.
