As part of our suite of consulting services we have devised a marketing advice and support strand for universities and higher education colleges.
It won’t have escaped your notice that marketing in higher education has changed. Marketing has never had such an important role in delivering growth. There is a new style of customer and a variety of ever more influential media creating constant pressure for institutions as they strive to respond in more personalised ways. New challenges, such as having to negotiate the international market and an increasing range of competitors able to provide higher education, make for complex and competing marketing pressures. Do you understand the full impact of your marketing? Alongside the need for accountability, how do you ensure that your marketing effort, strategically and operationally, is at its most effective?
Our highly talented experts will work side by side with leadership management teams to:
We offer the chance to rethink current operations or develop fresh approaches in support of the work that your marketing team is already doing. We are focused on determining marketing strategies, plans and operational solutions that develop the future direction of your institution. Our consultants will focus on practical strategic advice that is tailored to what will work for your institution. We are not about off the shelf solutions.
WHY THE LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION?
We are the only organisation providing leadership development and consultancy exclusively to higher institutions around the world. As a result we have extensive knowledge and practical understanding of how higher education truly works.
