We are a membership organisation and we also work with other stakeholder bodies to develop an internationally recognised cadre of leaders and managers equipped to deliver the aspirations of their own institutions and the best possible higher education system for the UK.

We are seeking two management consultancy professionals to join the Leadership Foundation’s growing consultancy business, to support the development of the commercial side of our work, with a particular focus upon the delivery of complex advisory and consulting assignments in the UK and potentially overseas.
We are a membership organisation of and for a sector that has some of the brightest minds in the UK.
Our members are key to our strategy and form a community of higher education institutions with a clear commitment to and experience of developing leadership, governance and management capabilities at all levels. Academic and professional services staff from member institutions contribute to our programmes, projects and research and advise on benefits and services.
