International Leadership Development Network - Now Open To Individuals and Higher Education Organisations Internationally

About the Leadership Foundation

As part of the UK Higher Education sector, we develop capacity for leadership, governance, and management, both for individuals and for groups through innovation, information, intervention, and interaction (programmes and projects), nationally and internationally. We invest in thinking and research, identifies relevant and innovative practice and disseminate good practice. Our work aids the building of partnerships between the UK and other countries, giving leaders, governors, and managers the capability and confidence to achieve transformational change in higher education and aims to develop the best university leadership and governance in the world.

Through leadership development we:

  • Help countries to achieve their higher education objectives
  • Work with universities to help in the achievement of their modernisation and reform agendas
  • Help university leaders to make their universities more effective and serve their communities better
  • Help build partnerships with universities in the UK
