Paul is Regional Co-ordinator for Yorkshire and Humberside and also works jointly with Leadership Foundation and a number of professional organisations in planning and delivering professional development activity.

He leads Mega Mitchell Consulting, an independent consultancy specialising in quality, competitiveness and business improvement in higher education. Paul is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and operates nationally and internationally for a wide range of higher education clients.
