Network events. We run a number of thriving networks: for Pro and Deputy Vice-Chancellors; for senior staff with responsibility for internationalisation in HEIs; for Professional Directors; and there is also a network for anyone involved in the delivery aspects of the student experience.

Tricia leads the development, implementation and monitoring of all the marketing and communications activities. This includes event management, web development, publications, media relations, sponsorship and promotion.
Tricia originally joined the Leadership Foundation on secondment from the Cabinet Office, where she had been the launch marketing manager for ministerial and senior civil service training and development. Prior to that she had been the marketing and pr manager at Suffolk’s training and enterprise council and she has also held communications roles at Hawker Siddeley, the Conran Design Group and The Independent newspaper.
Tricia has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing since 1997, has a postgraduate diploma in marketing and is a Chartered Marketer.

Susie's role involves managing client and marketing services including event management and building / maintaining customer records and developing and implementing overall communications.

Kyra has an overview of all of the Leadership Foundations open programmes and events. She is also the lead for the Top Management Programme, Joint Workshop for Vice-Chancellors/ Principals and Chairs, Round Table and Aspiring Registrars programmes. Kyra is a key contact for associates and programmes directors and assists in the management of the Leadership Foundations key stakeholder partnerships.
She has a keen interest in the use of new technologies in the marketing process and also in the development of new programmes and events at the Leadership Foundation.

Tori administers and coordinates some of the Leadership Foundation programmes and events. She is the lead for the Governor Development Programme and works closely with the Programme Director to develop each of the events, and she is also the lead for Leading Departments, a programme designed for Head of Departments. Tori is a key contact for her Programme Directors providing administrative and customer focused support.

Frankie administers and coordinates Leadership Foundation programmes and events and liaises with Programme Directors providing administrative and customer focused support.She is responsible for the support of the Future Leaders and Senior Strategic Leadership Programmes.

Baljit provides administrative support to the marketing and communications team and liaises with Programme Directors providing customer focused support. She is the point of contact for client bookings onto seminars, conferences and courses. She is also responsible for event coordinating the Research Launches, Regional Coordinator Events, Network Events and the Introduction to Higher Education and Leading your Technical Team Programmes.
