Solutions for Organisational Success

Designed in collaboration with Universities HR, Solutions for Organisational Success is a development programme for senior HR Business Partners in higher education; click here to find out more.

Future Professional Directors

Designed uniquely for all professional service colleagues from across the university and higher education college spectrum, Future Professional Directors has been developed in partnership with AUDE, AHUA, AMOSSHE, ARC, BUFDG, HESPA, SCONUL, UCISA and UHR. For those aspiring to director level or equivalent, Future Professional Directors seeks to enhance personal leadership style in the context of developing strategy and leading change, enabling colleagues to successfully lead significant initiatives across organisational boundaries. The programme takes place annually over the course of nine months; click here to find out more.

Leading Transformation in Learning and Teaching

A development programme specifically aimed at degree programme leaders and those responsible for leading learning and teaching development within departments, schools or faculties. The focus of this programme is on the leadership needed to develop, enhance or transform learning and teaching programmes and courses in higher education. LTLT 6 will begin 11 November 2015 and LTLT 7 will begin 15 March 2016. Please click on the title above for more information about the programme, and email Will Wade to register your interest.

The range of organisations we are working with include AGCAS, AHUA, AMOSSHE, ARC, ARMA, AUA, AUDE, AUPO, AURIL, BUFDG, EAUC, HEA, HESPA, JISC, SCONUL, UHR and UCISA. The focus of engagement with these professional associations is wide-ranging and in some cases it has led to the development of very successful UK-wide leadership development programmes which stand alongside our other national programmes.
