In this section we provide details of the provision that senior leaders and managers will require at any stage on their career journey. Whether starting a new role or leading senior level projects, these activities provide different kinds of opportunities to support the development of new or refresh existing skills.
The Leadership Foundation can support leaders at every stage of their careers. All our open programmes offer invaluable opportunities to reflect on practice, work alongside colleagues from other institutions, and explore recent thinking on university leadership at each level.
The open programmes are designed for clear progression as leaders develop within and beyond their institutions, and it is not unusual for participants to make their way up the ladder of programmes at intervals of one or two years between each programme.
