The CLL - Professional Development Programme offers opportunities for academic staff and for those working in development and support roles to explore the use and embedding of learning technologies in academic practice. It is led by the Higher Education Academy (HEA) and delivered in collaboration with other Changing the Learning Landscape partners and SEDA (Staff and Educational Development Association).
The themes for the programme are drawn from: Online Learning, Open Practice, Social Media and Mobile Learning, and are aimed at those who are new to learning technologies and those who have some experience but would like to find out more.
The programme is delivered through workshops, online activities (such as webinars) and open educational resources (OERs). There are follow-up activities as well as an opportunity for applying for small project grants linked with the workshops
We are a membership organisation of and for a sector that has some of the brightest minds in the UK.
Our members are key to our strategy and form a community of higher education institutions with a clear commitment to and experience of developing leadership, governance and management capabilities at all levels. Academic and professional services staff from member institutions contribute to our programmes, projects and research and advise on benefits and services.
