Stimulus Paper, April 2013
This paper will examine how university leaders and senior managers can create the optimum environment within which interdisciplinary activity can succeed. The Paper will draw upon experience from three leading US universities, two large public universities, with a record of running major interdisciplinary programmes, and a small private university, also noted for its interdisciplinary research and teaching.

The Leadership Foundation today [14 June 2013] announced that Dr Paul Gentle, director of programmes, will take over design and delivery of the Top Management Programme from autumn 2013. Under the guidance of the Leadership Foundations chief executive Dr Mark Pegg, Dr Gentle has been updating TMP, which will now focus on enhancing institutional change through the developing of strategic leaders at the most senior levels.
