LGM Fund Outcomes

Securing Distinctiveness

In 2011 the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education, funded by Hefce, completed a study of distinctiveness and identity in the Cathedral Group institutions. This highlights how faith based values:

  • Contribute to the student experience
  • Support a positive working environment for staff; and
  • Shape partnerships and community engagement

The study also identified messages for secular universities and colleges.
