Our Small Development Project (SDP) scheme was first launched in 2004 - shortly after our creation. By our tenth anniversary in 2014 we shall have invested in around 100 SDPs with a focus on a range of leadership, management and governance issues. Projects funded in 2014 will be forward-looking and forward-thinking, continuing the SDP tradition of 'punching above their weight' in providing case studies, toolkits, resources and development opportunities of benefit to partner institutions, individuals and the sector as a whole.
