This Key Issues Awareness Programme training event, hosted by Dr Edwin Bacon and Dr Judy Harris, is designed for Human Resource Managers and staff involved in workforce and organisational change. Two experts in their fields have agreed to lead sessions and there will also be a demonstration of ready-to-go HR training resources currently available to Leadership Foundation members.

Fees:
The programme is free for participants from small higher education institutions which are members of the Leadership Foundation. Participants from institutions which are not members of the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education will be asked to pay a programme fee of £50.
