Clerks and Secretaries

The 2010 meeting of Clerks and Secretaries took place on 17 June 2010, and the 2011 meeting was held on 16 June 2011. The next meeting will be on 2 February 2012.

Various changes arising from the Companies Act 2006 took effect from 1 October 2009. These will affect those institutions which are established as companies limited by guarantee. Guidance can be found on the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills web site.
