New Regulatory Framework for Higher Education
BIS has published a consultation on a
new regulatory framework for higher education in England, specifically proposing a new role for HEFCE as the independent 'lead regulator'. It is intended that the new arrangements will take effect from 2013.
HEFCE has responded to the consultation.
