The consultation process has covered concerns within the sector about the original proposals principally relating to the initial section on accountable officers; the coverage of corporate governance issues; the proposition on academic quality and standards; and the proposed framework for borrowing consents.
The new FM also reflects the requirements arising from HEFCE's role as principal regulator of HEIs as charities.
