Teaching Funding in 2009-10

The HEFCE Board has considered the letter of 6 May 2009 from the Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills. In the light of the request to make efficiency savings in 2010-11, the Board has agreed to apply a £65million saving on the teaching funding allocation for 2009-10. This is a little over 1% of the teaching budget announced in March. More information
