Report on HE and Business

A CBI Higher Education Task Force Report, which recommends a stronger relationship between higher education and business, and which proposes a number of changes to the financing of higher education, including raising the cap on undergraduate tuition fees, the charging of commercial rates of interest on student loans and lowering the threshold for maintenance grants, has been welcomed by the HEFCE.
