Review of Funding and Student Finance

Lord Mandelson has announced the appointment of Lord Browne of Madingley to lead the independent review of higher education funding and student finance. Lord Browne will head a group of independent figures from the world of business and education, and is expected to report in 2010. The review's terms of reference and membership have been agreed with the Conservative Party.

The review made its first call for evidence on 7 December 2009.
