This year the Leadership Foundation was very pleased to announce that we had two very exciting awards.

The GoodPractice Staff Development Impact Award
GoodPractice was delighted to offer for the second year the GoodPractice Impact Award. This unique award  recognises, celebrates and rewards outstanding Higher Education staff development projects and initiatives.

The Staff Development Practitioner of the Year Award
The Leadership Foundation for Higher Education and the Staff Development Forum were delighted to announce a new award for 2010 – Practitioner of the Year intended to recognise and celebrate the outstanding contribution of a staff or organisational developer to their field on an institutional, regional or national basis.
