An important role of the Leadership Foundation is to bring together people from different institutions to share mutual needs and capabilities, to share learning, and to encourage each other to persevere with their personal and organisational development. We aim to maintain networks for all our key events and programmes.
The Leadership Foundation also supports networks of practitioners in Organisational Development and Management Development.
We are making it a priority to forge strong partnerships with the bodies representing professional groups across the HE sector.
