The Leadership Foundation in Wales |
Since Devolution the Welsh higher education sector has experienced considerable change, and continues to do so. Excellence in leadership and management has become even more critical and the Leadership Foundation is actively working with all the universities across Wales to provide support and improve skills at all leadership levels.
A number of common issues mean the development of innovative programmes of support are valuable both to the individual institutions/HE colleges, HEI groups and to Wales as a whole, and they offer opportunities for events bringing together representatives from all Welsh universities.

Ers Datganoli, mae'r sector addysg uwch yng Nghymru wedi newid cryn dipyn, ac mae'n parhau i wneud hynny.
