The choice of topic for the conference in December 2010 was performance enhancement. It had become clear over previous months that this is a key consideration for universities and one to which resource and staff time is being devoted. The Leadership Foundation has worked with a number of institutions in this area and will continue to do so in the future. Consultancy Days delivered by our Associates have proved valuable in providing advice and guidance on the day and in helping future planning for development.
