There is considerable interest in looking at how the Leadership foundation might work with universities across Wales to support research activity: both funding bids and effective team working, where leadership skills are crucial. There are examples where HEIs already make extensive use of our programmes and discussions are taking place with stakeholders to see whether some of those approaches might be useful more widely. Collaborative provision is high on the agenda in this as in other areas.
