The 2011 Alumni Conference will focus on Developing the collaborative leadership capability needed for challenging times. The day will demonstrate ways in which leaders can improve the quality of their interactions within and beyond their institution. The keynote address will be on Gaining collaborative commitment from your key people and the day will also include speakers from our alumni community.  One of the leadership qualities which emerges from 'tough' challenges is that of resilience, which is closely-linked to leaders' ability to build strong relationships, and to form effective partnerships and collaborations - and this will be reflected in the contributions.

The conference takes place Wednesday 4 May 2011 in central London at a cost to members of £275 and has been designed for the former participants of the SSL, PSSL and all HODs programmes. It has been created to support and enhance the leadership skills and knowledge gained through the earlier programme and to help participants be better prepared to support the development of others in their teams or institution.

More information about this event are available on the conference pages.
