Learning from America

During 2006, the Leadership Foundation held a very successful series of one day workshops entitled Learning from America. There was really positive feedback on how the speaker at workshops, Professor Dean Hubbard, President of North West Missouri University, described the role of leaders at North West, and how his ‘house of quality’ approach’ has enabled the university to be a continuously improving organisation.
