Professor Stephanie Marshall will be leaving the Leadership Foundation at the end of December. Stephanie has been our Director of Programmes for several years, and we shall be very sorry to lose her. We are in the course of recruiting a successor, but this may take a little time.
We are very pleased to be able to tell you that we have appointed Rebecca Nestor to act as our Director of Programmes, on an interim basis.
Rebecca has over twenty years’ senior experience in staff development and equality and diversity in higher education and the public sector. Until July 2010 she was associate director of the Oxford Learning Institute, with responsibility for leadership development at the most senior levels in the University of Oxford. She now runs Learning for Good, an HR/learning and development consultancy.
Rebecca will be working with us on a part time basis. In particular, she will be taking an overview of our Open Programmes, working with our programme directors and associates. Rebecca will be with us until the end of February 2012 and can be contacted at e: Rebecca Nestor.
