Coaching is an interactive and developmental process where the coach enables clients to find their own solutions; to discover new opportunities and to implement actions. It is rapidly becoming a preferred method for implementing the fine tuning required to ensure that development plans and programmes meet leadership and management outcomes. Many leaders are recognising and experiencing the benefits that access to a coach can bring.
