SDC2006 - Keynotes and Parallel Sessions now Finalised

The programme for the Staff Development Conference 2006 is now available. The call for contributions to the parallel workshop sessions generated the highest number of proposals we've received; the programme committee had a hard task selecting, but all sessions are now finalised. The programme also features a new series of speed training and surgery sessions, posters and an innovations showcase reception at Tate Liverpool, featuring iLab.

We are delighted that keynote speakers will include Sarah Teather MP, Shadow Education Secretary for the Liberal Democrats and contributions from three vice-chancellors and Steve Egan, HEFCE.

More than half the available delegate places have now been booked; if you have not yet registered, the early bird booking fee of £495 is only available until 9 June. The fee rises to £545 thereafter.
