The 2008 Staff Development Conference challenges participants to look forward and focus on their relevance and impact at a range of levels through ‘narratives of potential’. The programme takes its narrative theme from Edinburgh’s literary heritage, and the development stories that emerge through informal and structured networking, through sharing resources, case studies of practice and engaging in debate.
