LF Fellowships

The LF Fellowships provide funding to individuals in institutions to support the development of a leadership, governance and management change project particular to their university or college.

LF Fellowships 2006/07

The 2006 LF Fellowship awards equipped recipients to undertake an organisational development project of around six to nine months duration.  By pairing each of the 2006  Fellows with a recipient from the previous 2004/05 Fellowships round, each also received dedicated support in leading and managing the change associated with the project.

The 2006 LF Fellowships were awarded to individuals working at higher education institutions that were member institutions of the Leadership Foundation. A full list of the 2006/07 LF Fellows and the titles of their projects can be found here

Dissemination

The 2006 LF Fellows presented their projects as formal presentations and posters at Leadership, Innovation and Excellence in Higher Education, a joint Leadership Foundation and Hefce event held in London on 24 January 2007.  Details of the event including copies of Powerpoint presentations and posters will be available to download shortly.

LF Fellowships 2005

In 2005, a total of £1 million was awarded to 25 individuals to pursue projects related to leadership, governance and management in their institutions.  Details of the 2005 LF Fellows and their projects can be found here.

All 25 projects were showcased at the LF Fellowships Dissemination Day on 7 November 2005.  The event gave the opportunity to hear the first cohort of LF Fellows report back on their projects and demonstrate practical solutions to a wide range of strategic organisational development and leadership subjects.
