Aspiring Registrars
This Aspiring Registrars Programme is focused on the development needs of future senior leaders – those aspiring to roles variously titled registrar, head of university administration, university secretary, head of professional services, head of business services, chief operating officer – they will in the future hold a pivotal role at the heart of their organisation, working to transform policy and strategy into effective operational outcomes.
For those aspiring to these positions the programme concentrates on the unique combination of capabilities required to be successful, as well as highlighting the participant’s role in developing colleagues – the organisation’s present and future talent - and themselves. The programme explores how senior leaders can be most effective in influencing team and individual development activities.
