Overview

An intensive one day workshop that will cover the key issues concerned with political influencing, awareness and lobbying. Focusing on today’s political issues, it will have a strong team of contributors, coaches and facilitators.

Issues

Institutional positioning and stakeholder relationship management will be critical over the coming years of major change and financial challenge. For many higher education leaders, making a real impact at national level on Whitehall, or on the equivalent institutions in the devolved administrations can prove a highly frustrating business. This workshop aims to address that issue by bringing together key individuals who have worked inside or around government and combining that with intensive work on participants’ own lobbying issues.
