The Future Leaders Programme (FLP) has been designed to help experienced professional Information Services (IS) staff (typically covering library, ICT and related activities), to deepen their understanding, leadership ability and potential in preparation for a head of service role. The programme has been developed with the support of SCONUL, UCISA, JISC and the British Library.
The programme is aimed at those individuals who aspire to a strategic role within IS. Applicants will currently be at middle manager level and have proven management experience in managing a service or a small team.
