The Leadership Foundation commissioned Professor Marilyn McDougall, Learning Consultant and Visiting Professor of Human Resource Development at Glasgow Caledonian University, to research and write an impact analysis of the Heads of Department Series in Scotland.
Professor McDougall interviewed participants and their institutional sponsors from the first run of the Series six months after their attendance.
