This programme is aimed at senior HR managers and business partners, e.g. the senior HR role within a large school or faculty, or senior HR staff in a central HR function, who aim to take a more strategic role within their institution, for example to become a deputy HR director.

A maximum number of 24 participants will be selected for each programme, the aim being to have a mix of people from different types of institution on each programme.
