This means that all of our programmes such as Preparing for Senior Strategic Leadership (PSSL) or Head of Department (HOD) can be run for groups of staff in your organisation
• Working with top management teams – we offer consultancy advice and support to top management teams, helping and supporting them to be more effective
• Leadership coaching service – we have brought together a network of executive coaches who are able to provide leadership coaching to the highest standards
• Organisational development – we are able to provide consultants to help you address a wide range of organisational development issues
• Governance effectiveness – we are able to offer practical consultancy advice on a wide range of governance matters
• Change Academy – this is a new approach to institutional problem solving and change that brings together teams of people from across the organisation to tackle real life leadership challenges
• Evaluation and impact – in the coming months we will be offering consultancy advice about how the evaluation and impact of leadership development can be enhanced
