Evaluation and Impact

In order to ensure that Leadership Foundation events, interventions and programmes make maximum impact we are constantly developing and refining processes to highlight learning and development in the sector.

Investment of effort (and money) in purposeful learning activity should involve a contract between the learner, the line manager, the sponsor (often staff development professionals), and the development programme provider.

Our intention is always to seek ways of enhancing the creation, completion and reporting of effective outcomes. In the coming months we will be offering consultancy advice about how the evaluation and impact of leadership development can be enhanced.
