It is a confidential sounding board while you are in an unfamiliar environment, and offers time and space to review perceptions and actions, in order to maximise effectiveness as quickly as possible.
Coaching for Promotion: concentrates on developing gravitas and executive presence through enhanced communication and negotiating skills; understanding issues of power, politics and influencing upwards; developing strategic, systemic thinking.
Transition Coaching: thinking about a positive legacy, navigating a good ending when leaving an institution, managing a ‘brand’ to another university, or preparing for retirement or redundancy can all be the focus of this type of Coaching.
Back to Work Coaching: after sickness, maternity leave or any other career break, returning to the workplace can be a potentially overwhelming and stressful experience. In this coaching we offer support and encouragement, build emotional resilience and a confidential sounding board for concerns and anxieties while confidence and stamina grows.

Career Review: a process to help you look at your‘brand’ as a senior leader, clarify your strengths and development needs, make a decision about your future direction, identify career options, and draft an action plan for achieving this.
Career Plan Implementation Support: a follow up process to the Career Review, this supports clients in putting their plan into place, accompanies them on the job search journey or helps them set up their own consultancy.
