Catalysing Change sets out the Leadership Foundation strategy for 2017-2020. It seeks to encapsulate why we exist, what we want to achieve - with and for the higher education community we serve and how we plan to achieve it and measure our success.
Catalysing Change 2017-2020 presents our new strategic framework, which illustrates our intention to create a dynamic synergy between leadership development, consultancy and the evidence base for our work. We will work to ensure that all our areas of business intersect so that each acitivity informs and stimulates the others.
The strategy also defines the encircling themes of membership & engagement, partnership & collaboration and international that will flow through all the areas of our work.

We are a membership organisation of and for a sector that has some of the brightest minds in the UK.
Our members are key to our strategy and form a community of higher education institutions with a clear commitment to and experience of developing leadership, governance and management capabilities at all levels. Academic and professional services staff from member institutions contribute to our programmes, projects and research and advise on benefits and services.
