The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has today announced that it will conduct a fundamental review of the UK Corporate Governance Code. The review is expected to take account of the FRC's own work on corporate culture and succession planning, the government's recent green paper on corporate governance reform and the work of a parliamentary select committee on the same subject.
Kim's role will be an integral part of the Leadership Foundation’s growing strategic consultancy team.
The refresh of our strategic plan, Catalysing Change brings together succinctly the core themes of the work of the Leadership Foundation.
