For Alumni of our Leadership Development Programmes one of the major benefits is the community of practice that each programme cohort builds up and maintains long after the programme is completed.
The aim of the Leadership Foundation is to build on these communities, bringing them together for further programmes and events to recapture the sense of engagement experienced on the programmes and take the communities to the next level, across cohorts and is some instances programmes, to share experiences and perspectives.
Each year the Leadership Foundation run an Open Programme Alumni conference. Previous topics have included 'Communicating as a leader' with VOX coaching and 'Leading authentic teams and organisations' with Robin Ryde and Lisa Sofianos, authors of Creating Authentic Organisations. In 2016-17 we are delighted to be working with Andy Cope, author of The Art of Being Brilliant, for this years Alumni conference.

Leadership Foundation Fellowship is our framework for individuals to commit to the continous development of their leadership.
It enables individuals to turn the experience of a Leadership Foundation programme into tangible evidence of effective learning. Through continuous professional development and access to unique networking opportunities, the LF Fellowship scheme will provide continuing inspiration and reflection well beyond the lifetime of the initial programme.
