Women onto Boards
Date: Thursday 11 May 2017
All the evidence points to the fact that diversity of leadership is a feature of successful organisations. Our Women onto Boards series of events are part of our work to support and encourage more women in higher education to consider becoming board members either in universities or in other sectors.
Working with the lobbying and advisory networks Women on Boards and The 30% Club we are helping ensure that more women are able to develop boardroom careers. This reception will showcase the current benefits and opportunities for women thinking about serving on a higher/further education or on a non-executive body in other sectors, whether as an independent or staff governor.
