An excellent forum for networking with others and understanding what we need to action. Above all, an understanding of where our institution is at present and where we need to go.
Previous BME Leadership in Higher Education Summits have focued on system level change, drawing on evidence in creating inclusive culture change. They have been an opportunity to engage leaders to stimulate real change and progress race equality in higher education, showcasing a number of tools and differing strategies that individuals and institutions can employ to tackle the systematic issues associated with the underrepresentation of BME leaders within the sector.
