As the only leadership programme developed for those working at senior levels in the small institution setting it takes full account of the specific challenges associated with this environment as well as engaging with the wider higher education landscape. The programme is developed in consultation with each cohort rendering it flexible and responsive to their particular development needs.
MASHEIN’s Academic Leadership Development Programme will take place over a three month period. It comprises two modules totalling four contact days, action learning sets, a virtual learning environment and mentoring/shadowing opportunities.
