Aurora Completion: Participants must attend a day on each of Identity, Impact and Voice; Power and Politics; Action Learning; Core Leadership Skills; and Adaptive Leadership Skills within the same academic year to become an alumna of Aurora.
Notifying Cancellations and Transfers: All cancellations and transfers must be notified by email to Aurora
Full Programme Cancellation: A participant may cancel her place for the full five day programme up to two weeks before the first date which has been booked, and a full credit will be offered. No credit will be available for cancellations less than two weeks before the first date which has been booked.
Full Programme Transfer: A place (for the full five day programme) may be transferred to another participant from the same institution at any time before the first date which has been booked. All days must be taken and completed during the 2016-17 academic year.
Day Changes: A participant may transfer her place on any one day to a corresponding day in a different location up to two weeks before the original booked day, with no charge. No credits are available within two weeks of the original booked day. All days must be taken and completed during the 2016-17 academic year.
Action Learning Set and Power and Politics days will be required to be taken in the same location. Transfers are not available for Action Learning Sets days alone.
Non-attendance: No credit is available for a participant who does not attend a booked Day. A transfer fee will apply to a re-booking on to the same development day in another location.
The Leadership Foundation will not be responsible for any expense incurred in the lead up to the Aurora event. Should the event be cancelled we will not reimburse for any expense incurred.
Data Protection Act: Booking on this event means you have agreed to the Leadership Foundation storing your booking details electronically in order to process applications, invoices and to send you information about our other programmes, events and services. Your information will not be shared with third parties.
